mind me asking, why you on stronger drug like diazepam?

atarax dont works for you?
i just google about diazepam, it seems to have more after effects and targeting anxiety too.

the reason that i asked, since atarax going discontinued, i may need to find an alternative in due future.
atarax makes me damn groggy for the whole of next day after waking up

have been taking atarax (25mg) nightly for a couple of months.. have seen various specialists in government hospitals, but all of them doesn't seem to really solve my issue of insomnia :/

Need to change your lifestyle somewhat, relying on pills is not a long term solution.

Anyone has got tension headache on top of insonmia?

Treatment for insomnia may involve nonmedical therapy, such as developing better sleep habits or psychotherapy, and sometimes medications. If a medical condition like diabetes or menopause is causing your insomnia, treating those conditions may help. Careful and sleep vitamins help.

I had PMed you.

To share, booking fee is $4, no consultation fees,
If you wanna give angpow also can.
Plus herbs about $10-$14... maybe more...
So each session will be about $30-$40 or more/less depending herbs he prescribe...

depending on your condition, sometimes a few session will do, more serious... one month plus...or more... really depends... TCM is like that...

The herbs is expensive... he will give you the formula, you go outside buy herbs also around the same price.

Its better you see him, after finish 2-3 packet, because your condition will change already, he will need to change the formula.
Konnichiwa, can you share with me on the TCM as per your message on #79 and #84.

Suffering from Insomnia

Hi all,

I am 42, and i only sleep from 11pm to 3am then wake up, can't doze off. I will wait for 2 hours till 5am then sleep to 7am. Sometimes i feel i am not well-rested.

Sometimes i get to sleep till 5am. Is this consider Insomnia?

11pm to 3pm is 16 hrs of sleep :D U not having insomnia but sleeping away your life.

Mine a bit different from yours.... I normally sleep at 12 and wake up at 5, I will not get up n try to continue to sleep till 8. Sleep quality is bad for me.
