Top up $1+ u can get the speedo one for abt $11+ at World of sport.
Normal selling $22..quality very good and made in France.

Btw point to note is tats if u r like Jay Cuttler or working to it, chances u will tend to sink due to muscle cos they r heavier den fat. So do not be discorage if one tends to sink initially as u learn to overcome it wth time.:)

oh i will go and take a look..........

haha if i am of jaycutler size, i would just buy a big float.

i am not a fan of FS, people leisurely use FS to swim, i use BS to swim one.

swimming got marks ar? i thought gold means gold liao.

i also not perfectionist, if perfectionist, i can say BS is harder to perfect than FS.

So wats the verdict? 1kg muscle is heavier than 1 kg fat? or 1 kg fat float easier than 1 kg muscle? im confused here.

maybe 1kg of balloon & 1kg of wood...wic will float better?
or maybe 60kg man with all fats n a 60kg muscleman both same weight but the 60kg man with all fats will hv better bouyancy n if his technic n stroke is correct he will glide effortly in the water.
The muscle man will tends to sink n use more energy to try to keep his legs just below the water....Just observe in the pool u will get wat i mean..:)
this was taught to us long ago in our SI class..forgot liao happen to remember.

So how you ppl are doing with your prone glide? I will touch on the next chapter of drill next week. :)

i tried the gliding part.....haha after a while of gliding i will just stay stationary.am i supposed to shuffle kick my legs or just straighten it?

During gliding, your leg should straighten, pointed toe, feet close togethere and stay still. The purpose is to make yourself like a pencil...or a log.

oh....yeah i did that........i tot i am suppose to wriggle my body abit to allow myself to glide forward more?

Btw guys... just to check if i wanna my shoulder to get broader as i'm quite small size, on top of swimming do i need to comsume anything? eg. milk egg???

milk and egg helps. but i think going to the gym helps more.

rly ar? i also dun mind my shoulder abit broader. stands out the V-shape on me. :)

go gym/weightlifting/bodybuilding, do what ar? shoulder press or what?

i welly n00b one. but den flys, shoulder press, lats pulldown n shrugs should prove useful
