In hindsight, my reits folio had the highest % drawdown and consistently negative despite dividends. I was holding Reits+ bond one ( ABF SG bond)

When I saw the new Core folio, moved all my $$ there for China/US exposure
IMO: As a country, Singapore is finished , future looks really bleak under this gov. I realized that it is not worthwhile to put most of my money in Spore reits/bonds

Reits+ is my only Syfe portfolio. No bonds.
8% time weighted returns.

My REITs+ no bond is at 8.01% TWR too. Equity100 at 11.06% TWR and this is after the slight drop recently.
Both started on 31st Jan this year and have been weekly DCAing into both consistently. Pretty satisfied with the returns thus far.

Meanwhile StashAway 36%... in the negative recently...
