finally my reit+ is green...after being in the red since mid dec...hope it continue to grow..

My reit+ also barely green... After adding in all the dividends it received over the last year

ya.. I thot only schedule one is from Syfe Cash.

if standing instruction from bank, how do you inform Syfe on the transfer? I thot this have to be done manually with the "I have transferred $ to Syfe" ?

No need to inform Syfe. Just key in your Syfe portfolio account reference when you set the scheduled transfer. Only when your portfolio didn't receive the amount then you inform Syfe.

hmm..I didnt know that, which is why I was thinking why transfer to syfe is so troublesome that I have to inform them everytime I do transfer.

Reit + just did a rebalancing!

Recap: as iedge S reit ldrs will do a semi-annual rebalancing : Syfe REIT+ tracks the index and is rebalanced semi-annually as well.

This rebalancing is covered in your fees and you will not incur any additional charges.

Sorry noob here...usually what does rebalancing entail? Is it beneficial for any gains, at least within the short term?

Changing the proportion/weigtage in the whole etf/funds

rebalancing is for “better”, if not wont do so… and also not to tilt or overweight certain stks by too much (but that dpends on its philosophy too)

hi all,

ive invested in syfe reits since jul 2021 and received over 300+ dividend.

these are automatically reinvested as i understand but seems like my gains as per portfolio returns is current market value - invested amount.

was wondering if i invest to hit 20k, i will be able to withdraw the 300$ dividend?

I guess it is Syfe rules you can write in to ask the rationale behind? Seriously this is a stupid rule. For me in FSM I put $100 every monthly dividend I already can choose to reinvest or withdraw. So choose your platform wisely if you belong to those that want dividend over reinvest
