of cos it is Set by Syfe! cant be hearsay and small talks among HWZ on such rules?
(alwys check from the horsemouth)
Older folks luv the dividends, and syfe is the only ROBO platform that allows options of div payout (@ a click of button) hence i m still w them.... since the WHole family has diff pf w Syfe (eqty, cash/$ mkt, and Reits etc)

It was alwys 20K since day 1 in fact , i m surprised why SYFE didnt change that ??!?!
by now your invesmt rise to more than 20K? (in such a short while)

my friend started small w Syfe reits too w S$500 or so, nothing wrong! gd to start from SMall better than nothing (Senior Mgt position)! but can u imagine Syfe has to quarterly pay out divs for a 1K amt investmt (imagining the payout per yr is 4% ) per quarter is just 10++ sgd??!?! not worth the transaction

pls do not speculate on behalf of SA , it is not professional to put words into anyone's mouth. alwys check w the horsemouth

Price movement is slow esp if it is a world index: hence hold long term

Reits? Price movement is not its focus….. no guarantee
Use iedge as your benchmk:
https://www.sgx.com/indices/products/sreitlsp
it hovers around 1300-1400++ , i will be glad if it can hit abv 1500 in one yr’s time but hard to predict….

reits is more for its return in dividends

After 1 year plus still negative value despite receiving dividends.

Need to cut loss and close this account.

Just checked!
my recent Reits is -0.83% TWR (it is set up on in jan)
1 got more than 1 Syfe reits as i managed my parents as well (this is +ve for sure as it is setup in Dec 2020, 1.5yrs?)
14 months, -6.05%.
to me i dont loook @ life negativities (cos everyone is in the red and there is nothing to compare with)

I will qn why did a person keep investing with Syfe? holding more than 1 syfe Reits and 1 eqty? and i m not even a big investor worrying how to hold several SSB (i m nothing but an ant)
previously i combined everyone's into 1

parents' recent equity (not that recent but Apr 2021) more than - 6%.....
MINE Own is of cos positive but that was purchased yrs ago!!! i m keeping it for fun so as to monitor

with my current quantum of reit with syfe, I am paying around $6-7 per month for fee..

quite painful to see this as it's in the negative..

is there alternative to Reit+ in Singapore stock exchange?
