if u already have bond portion in ur portfolio, no need more bonds right?

Sent from Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 8 PRO using GAGT

Or if you are already contributing to CPF then perhaps can focus on 100% REITS.

My syfe pure REITS not doing much now. Keep hovering around the same amount for the past 1 month.

Did you choose to receive dividends or re-invest the dividends? If the latter, it ought to be increasing slowly. If the former, then it would be ranging (if you did not add to the initial investment).

My 100% REITs portfolio is at 15.21% time-weighted return, even after this week's dip. I've also made about 2% in dividends from the July-Sep dividend payouts. Feels really nice.

I started REIT+ when they introduced the 100% REIT option back in May or something. I think it's quite worth it to continue DCA-ing. For my current portfolio, I split my lump-sum into 3 deposits, and just threw in whenever I think it's a good idea. As for me, I stopped contributing monthly because I'm currently abroad, so I don't have that much spare cash available. But once my finances stabilise, I'll definitely continue.

Just make sure you don't overweight your portfolio in SG stocks. Currently, my US and SG holdings are split 50/50, which is a bit too high, imo. I want to push it down to 60/40 ideally.

Also, for what it's worth, my US holdings are via Stashaway, not Syfe. I personally prefer their US portfolios over what Syfe offers.

Did anyone realise that on 25 Sep, there is a rebalance on the reits? Saw buy and sell transactions in my portfolio.

Yeah, I just realised that yesterday too. I guess they're offloading those underperforming REITs. Apart from the rebalancing of certain weights for the existing REITs in the portfolio, they've also completely dropped First REIT and AIMS APAC, and bought back SPH Reit and added in ARA Logos Logistic Trust.

You guys talking about the 100% reits portfolio?

I'm on Reits balance and saw the same sell/buy transactions so think it's both. I thought this follows the index or if this is the ARI calculation. Don't think they manually choose what to sell/buy otherwise it became active managed fund.
