My 100% REITs portfolio is at 15.21% time-weighted return, even after this week's dip. I've also made about 2% in dividends from the July-Sep dividend payouts. Feels really nice.

When did u start invested?
Nice. May i know
a. When u started investing
b. Did u do lump sum or monthly dca ?
I have invested a very small sum in reit+ last month, thinking of what to do moving forward.
I started REIT+ when they introduced the 100% REIT option back in May or something. I think it's quite worth it to continue DCA-ing. For my current portfolio, I split my lump-sum into 3 deposits, and just threw in whenever I think it's a good idea. As for me, I stopped contributing monthly because I'm currently abroad, so I don't have that much spare cash available. But once my finances stabilise, I'll definitely continue.
Just make sure you don't overweight your portfolio in SG stocks. Currently, my US and SG holdings are split 50/50, which is a bit too high, imo. I want to push it down to 60/40 ideally.
Also, for what it's worth, my US holdings are via Stashaway, not Syfe. I personally prefer their US portfolios over what Syfe offers.
Did anyone realise that on 25 Sep, there is a rebalance on the reits? Saw buy and sell transactions in my portfolio.
