Pre book is better. Also can see actual weather and check with minsu.
They will be better to advise if the chances of snowing is there.

I think you can try checking with your minsu first, as it depends. Like my minsu told me they can arrange a day before going(which is when i check-in).

I am going there to countdown and staying at Cityinn.

I guess there will be more updates on who will be attending the Taipei Countdown in November. Am staying at United Hotel.

I will be staying at xmd area. Booking through Airbnb.
Was contemplating between 101 and xmd area.

Hopefully more well known singers will be there for the countdown!
At least so far there's ah mei and jacky wu which will definitely lift up the atmosphere there.

I will say go to a local pub chill off and enjoy live bands.

They seldom disperse after the countdown as the singers will still be performing.
Unless u decide to head back immediately after the countdown, the metro will be packed.

Stay in hotel cuddle , under the blanket!
Grab some food and countdown in view of 101!
There are a few hotels that offer this view.

I think is HHS that will snow and not Cingjing.

the hehuanshan tour provides additional winter clothings if u dun mind wearing them

It will be better to bring your own winter clothing as those provided can be quite dirty or dusty.

wow didnt know so cold cos historical temp shows ard 10+. tks man! will bring more heat pads too.

The temperature at HHS can go even below 0°C.
