So do u find the buildings very close to each other?

My block and the opp BTO is separated by 5 lanes road. Should be ok i guess. Best is to go up the BTO block to check the view. But too lazy to do that. :s13:

What's your take on this? Not near right?

Sidetrack - 5 lanes? thought 4 lanes? in any case, its considered "blocked" view right..

Hmm...did both of you try to ask the agents to check with CDL any discount? But the price is already cheaper as compared to the 2 ECs near MRT.

Yea. The agent said unlikely to have discount nvr hear of a case where cdl give discount. They can try though.

Yup 5lanes distance is quite far (counting the right turn Lane into ave1 as well)

But internally within stacks seems abit too crowded together. So personally I think those units facing the road are better.

The skies miltonia condo will have a provision shop opening soon. Amenities are slowing coming up 1 by 1, Just lack of mrt. Haha

spoke to couple of them, they say they will surrender 0.5% of the 1% commission if was to have discuss. and CDL never had give any discount at all.
But just wait and see, hopefully they can drop something to entices the sales.
i really like this development but the PSF of the unit i looking for is too high, about 800 PSF
