Yea. Stack 1 rubbish chute is near C3 design
Should be left with level 2 / 3 / 4
Level 11 should be sold

I don't like stack 1 coz it's too close to stack 39

I have the blueprint somewhere

Why they make the chute next to the door? Aiyo! Won't it be very dirty around that area?

I have no idea how they planned the design

Like D1 design (5 room) is the same as well
Even worse, the function hall / club house / gourmet kitchen is blocking the pool view (which is 2 storey tall with a slanted roof)

That basically block all the pool view for level 1 / 2 / 3 of D1 design

Then you have stack 29 / 31 having full view of the golf course while stack 27 have partial view

Theoretically higher value houses should have better view. Not sure what CDL is thinking

Pool view is permanent. Facing Yishun ave 1, the view is not permanent and dusty too due to the road...

Actually not so dusty ... not expressway
The same could be said for stack 1, since it's near to the car entrance of criterion

So + / - end up not much diff

I'm lazy by nature, so took the closest stack which can walk straight from the bus stop lol

I stay near the road at high floor, distance from road similar to that of criterion... Yishun ave 1 busier somemore, very busy in the morning and will be even busier for time to come...if Kenna those long bus then will Kenna sound pollution too due their loud roaring engine as sound travel upwards..ha..ha..if unit near bus stop then worse because the engine noise is the loudest when the bus starts off...

Same same. Yishun Street 61 area, considered Main Street. Morning and evening always traffic jam

Block is beside road. For me already tuned out as background noise lol

I also found that Criterion C3 living and dining area very clamp.
Put in sofa and dining table then no more space already.

Sofa can get those pull out one.
Dining table get the foldable one. Once makan finish, u dun really need the table, bread or fruits can hang up in a plastic bag.
