Which stack better? 21 or 1?

Stack 1 is C3 whereas Stack 21 is C2, abit different.

Here's my thoughts.
1) West Sun
- Stack 1 no west sun
- Stack 21 will get west sun but lower floor maybe be block by other stacks so likely no concern.

2) Noise
- Stack 1 facing adult pool
- Stack 21 facing kids pool so maybe more noisy on weekends

Stack 1 seems better

I concur. Stack 1 is better
But it's more expensive as well as the size of the flat is bigger

It depends on your budget I think.

I also found that Criterion C3 living and dining area very clamp.
Put in sofa and dining table then no more space already.

Anyone got the area size of other units?
Is it comparable for balcony / living & dining room

The main point is C3 got a big L shape wardrobe which easily convince your Wife. Just tell her that you now got extra space to put all your branded handbags.

I don't know, but I suspect that perhaps C3 has 1 more bathroom than C2. That's why C3 living /dining room is smaller?

I have been following this threads for awhile. I have friends purchased Signature and another Parc life.

Both trying to market their EC very hard. haha I prefer Criterion & parc life so far mainly bcos of cdl and Frasier & their quality.

Parc life is too far away from central, even though it is near MRT. I love their verandah lay out. How i wish there is a park beside Criterion, that's will be perfect.

Signature look classy but the layout are very normal though squarish(very safe). Developer is not as well known compare to CDL and Frasier. And the Signatorians are scary ppl. My friend told me that they want to sue a fellow buyer for saying distasteful thing about their EC in HWZ. Lol Kinda of pity that poor guy, ppl are just angry and advising other buyers to check them out. Its our own judgement to buy or not, not based on other forumer opinion.

Another Criterion good point is that none has west sun compare to signature and parc.

Difficult to make a decision.

OMG! Threaten to sue is very serious. Need to be so extreme or not.

Criterion do have units facing west sun. If you like Criterion, dun drag too long in case CDL raises price or your choice unit is gone.

Actually I think for criterion and signature's pool is not in an ideal position

The surrounding stacks block the sun. So it gets dark quite fast

Unless the lightings are good. Which I don't think that's the case
