Floor tiles with tile skirting
Parapet wall with fully retractable louvres screen

The louvres screen is meant for 3 bedrooms premium with 2 balcony. This will build on their entrance balcony.

This document i got is from cdl. Not from that website. Anyway it is good to check again and if provided for all the balconies for the 3 bed rooms. Please let us know when cdl replied.

You get to chose whether to 'cut' part of it from master bedroom.

I guess the screen is to block the balcony from the facing unit living room's balcony.
It's installed at the balcony near the main door right?

If only they give this screen to all units, will look much nicer to the whole exterior. My wishful thinking. If have, then maybe i dun need to do the invisible grill.

Anyway, it's not in my document so 99% confirm my unit won't have it.

$308 is lesser than what i expected.
But why i'm paying the same as Penthouse owner?
Shouldn't bigger units be paying more.

For buyers who arnt particular about choice units and can afford to wait, they will definitely wait out till TOP or nearer to TOP. See actual units before making their decision and bargain hard with developer (I think mainly more applicable to Signature EC) who will be eager to move their units. However, if many Criterion units are still available by TOP, I wont be surprised if CDL has to lower their pricing as well to move it. We will have to see what happened. My wish is for both the EC to be sold out by TOP. I reckon that wont be the case though.

Sold out by TOP, seems like quite difficult now. I hope that balance units for The Criterion will be much lesser than Signature.
