I guess wait for official amount through law firm is the best.
Hmm...CDL has not replied to my query on the balcony screen.
They did informed me who is been assigned to answer my query and given me the contact number. But i din bother to call her. Can wait. :D
Aiyo, let me also ask them to confirm if my common bathroom indeed no window.

C2 at stacks 7, 21, 25.

7 and 21 no takers till date :D;)

C2-2 actually I like level 1. Seems to have some good privacy and own corner I thought but its taken.

Ah...got it...you chose C2 for the pool view. ;) you chose mid or high floor?

For C2-2, first unit to go is #08 then #01. I'm the 3rd person to select C2-2 on first launch day. :D

Both our layout looks exactly the same...wonder where is the 2sqm difference.

We opt to be nearer to the sun. :D

If not mistaken, I believe your Masterbedroom should be bigger.

But at least your master bedroom's window is facing North not West, like mine. But still our master bedroom wall will still kenna west sun. You worry about it?
I'm not sure how bad it will be, hope not as bad as i fear.

My master bedroom is 14.1 sqm.

No, Im not worry about it as most of the time, not in masterbedroom anyway. By the time you go into masterbedroom (night time), the room probably would have cool down by much.

Indeed. My guess is fairly accurate. For C2, masterbedroom is 12.6sqm

Oh! so where is the last 0.5 sqm difference. :D
Hope by the time i reach home (usually close to 9pm!), my master bedroom has cool down by then.
I was hoping block 3 can help to block a bit of the sun.

Actually if u see this project, there doesn't seems to have any perfect unit.

To generalize the matter, its either you have to compromise on privacy or u have to put up with road noise (Ave1, St41, st51). There is no one unit where you have total privacy and yet very little road noise. (just my view)

Give and take though. ;)

Those units facing st41 and 51 should be still ok, the road noise not as bad as ave1. I hardly hear any road noise from my flat except occasionally some loud car crash sound. haha

Your stack consider quite good ah. Did you shop around b4 deciding on getting a unit here?

If we were to compare Criterion with Signature and Brownstone, Criterion is the least cramp in terms of block to block distance. This is what i like about it. Dun care what others say abt this location not near to MRT etc.

For us its straight forward, we are eyeing only 4bdrs. My kids r in Northland Pri, so I am only considering between Signature and Criterion for logistic reasoning (to be close to the sch). It is not a problem if it is not near the MRT. Also we are buying a EC home 1st, capital appreciation or not is secondary to us. The intention is to stay for long.

As for why Criterion, maybe the Signature (non premium) Bedroom 4 being just 5 sqm is what that turn us off. For C2 and C2-2 we have about 7.2sqm for bdr 4 if not mistaken (already very small, so imagine 5sqm?????)

Wow you have 3 kids, You din consider getting the 5 bedrooms stack? ;)
5sqm for a room, I cannot imagine.
Even bedroom 1 & 2 size, I'm thinking hard how to get more storage for the kids.
Master bedroom wardrobe so tiny, not enuff storage is a big concern.:(:
