Now that the blocks are build to lvl10, can really feel the blocks are quite close to each other.

Actually, to me I find the site plan measurement to be BS stuff by developers.

Take for e.g. stack 25 and imagine u stand at the balcony or any of the bedrooms looking out. They only show the distance to stack 5 being 31m (the furthest). However, at the balcony or even all the bedrooms u can see stack 4 as well which is much closer. If one is on the lower floor say level 2 of stack 25, they will be directly facing the gym, club lounge etc, those distance are not stated as well which I reckon to be just 15m away.

Basically, they are just very closely built as the plot of land arnt big to begin with couple with so many blocks on it. As long as you face inwards, there is no privacy to talk about. :)

Stack 4 not really direct facing Stack 5 balcony. Should be ok?
Base on guess, likely distance from stack 25 to gym max 20m?
I wonder what's the measurement for stack 17 with the opp BTOs. :s22:
Since separated by 4 lanes road (or 6?), hope not too close too.

Those 3bdm stacks are so close to each other. Eg. stack 39 & 02, 26 & 24 and 22 & 20.

Not referring to stack 4 with 5. Referring to stack 4 with 25. Stack4 masterbedroom windows are a little special. It is facing 2 direction so it's master-bedroom can see literally everywhere (many stacks) within this project. (Similarly, many stacks can also see stack 4 masterbedroom too)
The distance of stack 17 to the BTO should be better. Separated by roads and landscape. At least 50m apart.

Give and take bah. I didn't deem it as too much of a concern with privacy. So still went ahead with the booking. Maybe for a start, we may not get use to it. Will ultimately acclimatize. :)

I double check the floor plan again, it's the balcony at the living room facing each other i think.

Maybe those at 2nd level can jump over to the other balcony? I hope the actual thing does not turn out to be that bad.

Bro is it possible to ask them to knock off the wall in the kitchen and ask them to install the glass panel that oversee the living room?
