Hi everyone, can someone advise why the takeup rate for stack 28 is low? Thanks!

Hmm...let me make my guess.

Stack 28 is B7 floor plan whereas Stack 20 & 24 are B8 floor plan.
B8 is 2sqm bigger than B7 with 2 balconies and a bigger master bedroom.
So that's my guess why stack 28 is not as popular as Stack 20 & 24.

Those who bought 3bd premium, pls comment. :D

im the one buying stack 28 based on layout design and wouldnt want to pay extra for that additional balcony

One side of the signature ec already fully painted and almost look like end result.

I'm considering between signature and criterion. Can anyone tell me why you all chose criterion over signature?

Have any body tried asking discount / 'perks' from developer or agent?

If you scroll back to read earlier posts, we did share why we chose The Criterion.

Main reason is CDL since price and location no diff.
