Ah...relocate to Sembawang MRT is so much more convenient for potential buyers.

Hmm...let me make my guess.

Stack 28 is B7 floor plan whereas Stack 20 & 24 are B8 floor plan.
B8 is 2sqm bigger than B7 with 2 balconies and a bigger master bedroom.
So that's my guess why stack 28 is not as popular as Stack 20 & 24.

Those who bought 3bd premium, pls comment.

im the one buying stack 28 based on layout design and wouldnt want to pay extra for that additional balcony

looks like today's trend is gray. lots of new properties are of this dull color.
