Hi babysparkz,

33/34 will face the west sun more often and will face signature.

There is little to worry as big trucks are not allowed to enter the compounds and the security guards will be there to keep the place clean and quiet.

with the green ledge there just worry if any rubbish will be accodentally throw down landing there,
aint a pleasant sight to walk to balcony c them..

Can ask the maintenance team to clear.

As long as there's no safety issue, I don't think there's much to worry about.
