Today I go there for sight survey.Went into signature to feel the road noise level at Yishun Ave 1...very noisy.Then luckily agent informs one unit at 13-09 block 5 bounced off...And deal is done...biggest Black Friday shopping lol...do we have any Facebook for Criterion?

My Wife still toying with the idea of Block 11#01-23.Which one do u think is better for resale value later on?And if TOP floor will be very hot?Gotta finalize around 10am with agent.Thanks

Well. The advantage of 4 bedroom premium is the ultra large wardrobe
And NS orientation

#13-09 might be a bit hot at some period of the year. But you get a pool view

Have never seen this been discussed, for those who bought the unit a year ago, are we been short changed on the direct developer cost minus the agent fee???

Have never seen this been discussed, for those who bought the unit a year ago, are we been short changed on the direct developer cost minus the agent fee???

What do u mean? Can elaborate? So far no price drop, only price increase.
Earlybird got short changed meh?

Thats what i thought so...
But when i look at Criterion Official Website..
It mention "get direct deveolper price and no need to pay any commission"
Does this means that the offered price will be cheaper from the list price minus off the commission price playable to the agents if we engage the developer sales directly???
Or it will be more expensive if we engage non official agent? But shld not b the case since in the past commission is transparent to buyer....
