Theres a guy (mid 30s) at Marine Terrace who does great fade and clean cuts for $12.
No hot towel, happy ending (lol!), etc. Pure experience cut and can request for styling too.

Nuri Cahaya Barbers
Block 57
Marine Terrace, 440057.

Can second this barber, he's great and incredibly friendly as well!
Been going to him for a couple of years (1 hour bus ride from my place)
Look for Dak.

They also carry some local hair styling product - GetZgy / ZiggySupply that's not too bad.

Any idea of the store’s contact details? Can’t seem to find them on fb or Google. Are they open today?

*Update* Just to share, they’re open daily 9-8.30pm

I didn’t get cut by Dak though, was an elderly big size gentleman. Will look for Dak next time

2nd visit to Nuri Cahaya barbers and had my hair cut with Dak. Overall a very good experienced and patient barber. Thanks for the recommendation guys! Will definitely go back again when it's time for the next cut

Hi,

Been researching for a place to do pompadour/quiff.
Thought I could share some of the cheapest I see so far.

The Black Tie - Jurong West - $30
YanCutHair - Cityhall - $30
Jermyn Street - Telok Ayer - $30 (Clipper Hair - not sure whats that)
Deep Cut - Kampung Bahru - $30
Hombre Barber Blade - Changi - $28

My question is:
does the cheap barber shops mentioned in this thread (Red Panther, Nuri Cahaya barbers, Home based barber opposite Jurong Point) offer the pompadour/quiff that i m looking for?

Have you guys ever thought?
You went to this particular barber for 2 years plus
And recently stopped going back
Now you found a new barber and your previous barber msg you to ask how are you?
How to react in such situations?

ask yourself whether you will ever go back, if so, then reply back. Otherwise, just act blur and ignore.

This does not apply if the barber is gay...
