i am also looking for low shine, as low as possible, and high hold.. normal office work and daily commute..

You may consider ebl taste clay or vantachi clay. Both comes with high holding strength and matte finish. Main difference is that vantachi clay is tube clay while ebl is tub clay. While ebl requires some rubbing on palms prior to application, vantachi does not require such.

However, the main selling point of ebl clay is that it gives good lift to the hair, making the hair look fluffy. This cannot be accomplished by most styling products as main styling product is mainly responsible for body and texture only.

hi guys,

been using gatsby wax for awhile but i find that i have to use a lot of hairspray when im spiking my hair. do you guys have any recommendations on a good wax, affordable and gets the job done..

thanks in advance :)

Decided to take your context of spikes in its literal form. So if you're doing spikes, you need something that will either harden or if you do not like it to harden, it will defn have to be something that is lightweight. No matter which one, u need it to be amazingly strong.

What i would think definitely suit your expectations would be syoss wax. It hardens relatively fast after application so u have to work slightly fast. Comes with very high hold and i mean really high. If ur hair length is long, this will be esp good for you. And there is no perfect product in this world. The downside of this product is that it would be a little harder to wash off.

From me.
Don't bother with claymation. Lol no hold.

i just got to see your selling thread at the marketplace. which would you recommend for hair with medium thickness? need it to last throughout the day.. some bit of volume would be good, i don't like it too be too hard too if you get what i mean..

anyway i dont mean to be a busybody or what.. but i feel that you should not be shaming and putting other online sellers down like that in your previous posts, its quite distasteful and it says a lot about you as a seller too....

its not very nice when people come in here and see this kind of thing too.... hope you get what i mean...

just my 2 cents bro.. please dont take offense to what i said..:o

I can see where u coming from but to be fair to gx, the other seller which i think u r referring do was a huge disappointment to himself and everyone else 'pitying' him, n has since disappeared, reinforcing what gx made him out to be.

In an ideal world, everyone would have the temperament and dispense advice like ljh. But thats utopia on the internet lol

I'm here la bro. I just don't see the need to reply and probably spark off an argument. Its better for everyone's reading pleasure too.

All I can say is that carousell is a very different place from hwz and pricing there is more volatile. Put too low, start price war, put too high then affect demand. More and more competitors are popping up there, and its very common for us sellers to try to agree on prices. Some sellers agree, some sellers dont and at times competition rears its ugly head. Prices wise I'd like to think that ours are still competitive and value for money.

Peace guys, not trying to start any argument here. Feel free to take what I said with a pinch of salt..

Sorry for just quoting my previous post.

I personally feel that E.B.L Taste Matt Finish Hair Clay gives only a slight lift only. The product is not easy to use and requires one to rub your palms till warm to apply easily.
