Can also buy Midtown Modern at $23-2600psf, nicer and direct access to MRT! Rain or shine u are covered.

With normal new launch 3bedder premium at 1100sqf unit, a 1+S is simply too luxurious or wasteful depending how u see it, and of cos if u have deep pockets.

City Gate seems a good option if u are looking for a one bedder there, abt $19xxpsf and quantum below $1m.
