To N4 owners here, any overheating issue on Nexus 4? :s11:
I'm seeing this issue on xda forum..

Not overheating per se, as in the phone still works, but it does get pretty hot sometimes when I'm using graphically intensive apps such as games. It isn't consistent though, sometimes it gets hot, sometimes it doesn't.

Bone stock 4.2.2.

Don't think you can do it via 3G.

If your nexus 4 never get the update, no other phones not labelled nexus will ever get the update.
So it's still right that nexus gets the update fast...

You wait even longer if you are not on nexus.

settings, language & inputs, selector notification. there will be a icon at the status bar which you can select to switch keyboard. (icon will only appear when you are using a keyboard)

Where is the selector notification? I don't see under language and inputs. When using the default keyboard I can click on the circular icon to change keyboards, but when using other keyboards that icon is not available.

I feel entirely possible for some one to not have a wireless router and just use wired connection for PC at home and never use wireless for phone.

Personally I don't even connect my phone to the wireless network at all. If I was living alone and only have 1 computer, it's likely I'll disable the wireless since I don't need it and just use lan.

i mean its definitely possible that someone doesn't have wifi.
but I guess the point was to save cost for the user. wifi is cheaper than 3g generally...

but yeah there should have been an option...

True. Guess that's why they did it so people's 3g budget don't burst.

They really should have the option. Been searching the web but no hits. Sad, need to wait till reach home later. :(
