where you hear about it? anyway, if local set available, it's going to cost a lot more than shipping it in yourself...

exclusive sources :D

It'll be earlier than LG Optimus G.

Warranty lor. and can check for defects on spot. send overseas RMA very difficult lor.

Just to update, just received the confirmation email from google that my order on 28th Nov has (finally) shipped :)
Despite the debacle over orders made in mid-dec being shipped instantly, they actually kept to the estimated 4-5 weeks time frame which they originally promised

Can finally start looking at the cases and SPs you guys have been posting.. haha
Just nexus4 just got shipped too..so they shipped early

Nexus 4 not charging when Macbook Pro is sleeping

I currently own a Galaxy Nexus and a Nexus 4 which I recently acquired. I noted on the Nexus 4, when my MacBook Pro's lid is closed, the phone stops charging, anyone experienced this as well?

If so any idea how I can go about rectifying it?

Charging works fine on my Galaxy Nexus with the MacBook Pro's lid closed btw.

Reposting hoping someone can help me =(

My 13th dec order kena charged 2nd time! Shipping tracking no soon? :D

No, it will keep charging every 7-14 days or so to renew the hold on your card until it ships. My 27th Nov order was re-charged 2 more times after the initial charge.

Some of the hold is still on my card even after I cancelled, so my credit limit is lowered. Waiting for the holds to expire.

Multiple charges and authorizations
Charged one (or more) times for the same item?

In most cases, what looks like a duplicate charge on a bank statement is actually one charge and one (or more) authorization(s) - the authorization will not actually post to your account, and ultimately, you will only be charged once. However, to be sure, you can follow these steps to ensure you haven’t been charged multiple times for your Google Play order:

- Sign in to wallet.google.com/manage from a computer (not from your phone or tablet).
- Click on Transactions on the lefthand side of the page.
- Review your order history to ensure the item, or dollar amount, in question doesn’t show up twice.

If the item only appears once in your Google Wallet transaction history, then the other item(s) you see on your credit/debit card statement is actually an authorization.

Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system to ensure that your credit/debit card is valid and able to be used.

The authorization may remain in your account anywhere between 1-14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.

For reference, even if your credit/debit card is declined or your order is cancelled, you will still see the authorization because it is used to validate your card information.

Am loving this phone, even more than my previous iphone and s3, really buttery smooth interface lol

One thing is maybe it feels too big for my hands after putting the bumper loh other than that I don't have any qualms about it

so far im loving my nexus. been using samsung all these years. s1,s2, note1.
ever since LTE variations of the newer phones came out and cyanogen developers decided to abandon exynos chipsets, i had to jump ship. there's just no development.
all the while i've been avoiding nexus phones due to the lack of hardware buttons, the onscreen ones just take up precious screen space but so far i guess I've gotten used to it.

pls review your phones.... too many posts on shipping info hehehe

I changed from S3 to Nexus 4.

What I like about this phone....
IPS+ Display
The text and images are more sharp than S.Amoled HD display
The white are more accurate than S.AMOLED HD display.

Performance
Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro Processor
Faster CPU and GPU than S3 or Note 2

2GB Ram
Better multitasking
Much lesser kills of apps than S3
Switch apps at super fast speed. Also thanks to the task manager or switch task button

OS
Vanilla Android looks better
Android 4.2.1 (Newer than S3's 4.1.2 and more stable than CM10.1 for S3)
Faster updates from Google
Custom Android ROM are more stable (CM10.1)

Battery Life
I am using franco.Kernel r21 and the battery life is quite good. Much longer on screen time than S3.

Design
Looks really really awesome.
The build feels more solid than S3.

What features I like in my S3 than Nexus 4
Camera
Better colours and focus. Nexus 4 seems to sucks badly on focus for me.

Audio
Custom kernels can modify the max volume of the headphones (S3 is louder for me)
Wolfson WM1811 (Better audio)

S.AMOLED HD display
Better blacks
Stronger colours. Nexus 4 default colour is too washed out. Stronger colours makes videos looks damn awesome. Especially for videos with night background.

External SD
16gb (12.9gb usable only) is enough for now but I am not sure about future...

Wrong. Is Samsung fault due to lack of sources the cm developers cannot do a thing about it.
