I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Nexus 4. This email includes instructions for ordering a replacement device and returning your original device in 2 easy steps:
Step One: Order Your Replacement Device Via This Link
https://checkout.google.com/inapp/frontend/app/buy?jwt=eyJhbGciOi......
Important Notes: etc
- The replacement link above expires in 24 hours.
- You will not be charged for the replacement, but your card will be authorized for the full retail price of the device. We recommend using a credit card over a debit card due to the way authorizations work on Google Wallet. For more information on authorizations please visit this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/3061475?hl=en
- Please ensure that you’re signed in with the email account you used to contact us about this order.
- You will need to order the replacement from your computer (it won’t work from a mobile phone or tablet).
Step Two: Send the Damaged Device Back to the Repair Center
First, you must insert the attached Return Merchandise Authorization form into the shipping box. Next, attach the pre-paid UPS label to the shipping box and send the damaged device back to us using any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. You can do this as soon as you receive the replacement device or before you receive the replacement, provided you have a suitable return packing box. Google will cover return shipping costs provided you use the attached UPS label.
Please package the item carefully. The original packing materials may be used. Please add additional packaging materials inside the shipping box if necessary to prevent movement and damage.
**NOTE** Keep the SIM card that you use for your device, if applicable. The replacement will not include a SIM card.
Understand your Warranty Coverage:
Each device is inspected at our service center to determine the cause and extent of any damage to the device. Damage that is not covered under warranty includes cracked LCD screens and devices that have been wet or affected by power spikes. Please refer to the warranty card in the Nexus 4 packaging or visit LG Singapore: TV/Audio/Video, Mobile Phones & Appliances | LG Electronics Singapore for details on the LG limited warranty.
If you have any more questions or concerns feel free to reply directly to this email and I will further assist you.
Sincerely,
Jarron
