I went ksl to change lenses (using old frame) they quote me 180rm for blue lens lenses, worth it? In sgd around $50 they tell me cny offer.my myopia is around 250 and astig 225.
If you know your stuff, Malaysia optics shop is about 30% to half price of sg in general for quality goods. But those budget like own days etc, you might just want to get it locally for distance and ease of repair

Hi there,

Is there any glasses that reduce the surrounding light in my room to make my eye more comfortable when using smartphone or PC at home?

I have did some research.
To make surrounding light less glaring indoor.
Best to get tinted glasses (this doesn't have much blue light protection)
Total cost is about $200.

Any specs seller can provide a quote for the single vision Zeiss ClearView FSV BlueGuard (1.67) based on my prescription below? Thanks.

Sph/Cyl/Axis: -5.50/-2.00/175
My degree is around your level with same lens index, blueguard and clearview
265 at chew optics. Not sure if it's reasonable.

1st up thanks for sharing so many suggestions.. just to add to the thread on my personal choice made earlier today.

Did 02 progressive @ Foptics, Singpost Centre today

- Bundled with in-house titanium rimless frame: Essilor Varilux Comfort MAX Airwear 730 Blue UV
- Essilor Varilux Comfort MAX 1.50 Blue 470 (for my own AX frame)

Total $855

Just wondering how much i would have saved, if i had done the same in MY.
