thinking of getting a pair of black plastic frame with 1.61 lens

my degree is 550 + 150 astig

today went to the queensway spec shop to enquire abt the price:

CK frame + lens = $246

Emporio Armani frame + lens = $287

still thinking whether to look for other brands or not...

any butties can advise if the quote given is consider cheap?

Any shop recommendation for testing eye degree? I love my neighbourhood optical shop but they can't seem to get my eye degree right. Since I'm making a new pair of glasses soon, I would like to get my eyes re-tested. Also, any recommendation for places who do lenses for great prices? I just need to do lenses as I ordered my frames online. Oh and I have no idea about lenses brands so any recommendation and the estimated price range? TIA!

The last time I checked, my eye degree is in the -5.00 range. I also have astigmatism.
