Stack 34 only 3 units left. 2 lower floors and the top floor i think.

Perhaps 34 n 31 they are near the mrt tracks for fear of the track noise.

i was wondering if there is any chances to change to #03-33 as long as the unit is still available ?

Just bought #02-61 without thinking much and a bit regret with the choices.

Since the track is just next to it , was wondering if the sound will be bad for #03-33 ?

Should be able to change. Check with your agent ASAP.
Confirm it will be noisy. I'll think #04-32 is a better choice. Further from playgrd and children's pool

U can go down to the project to take a look if the train noise is loud or not because everyone has different tolerance level. The traffic at sembawang road is not really that busy so shld be alright. By the way, if u r looking at lower levels, there are also other C5 stacks available that are not so close to the tracks!

Stack 61 looks like more privacy.
Stack 33 level 3 think its directly facing the main club house and gym, if you dun mind ppl peering into your unit during gatherings or gyming plus the children playground by your side.
Think if the mrt noise dun bother you the gathering decks during events should, which is just right in front of 33.

The west sun is at an angle for stack 61. West sun may be hot but can always put quality solar film to counter partially.
Stack 61 compensated by being opposite to permanent greenery, plus very close to the hawker and sports hub. Haha

61 will get west sun at the ext walls too. So your unit confirm super hot. If u can accept the noise from the track, get 33 or 32. Should be easier to sell next time too and nearer to the side gate, ie mrt stn

what about the following available unit ? Seem that the price increase last Friday. According to agent, developer doesnt want to reduce it if i want to change to one of the unit below .

i am quite worry about the noise, if they build barrier then ok . I see still some lower level unit left .

Our income slightly exceeded 11k ( including the earning from part time uber ) . I am not sure if CPF will also consider the uber as part of the income. Have paid income tax for the additional uber earning this year .

Should we appeal to CPF first before we know whether we will get grant ? Or will it be too late to appeal when we already know the amount of grant we will receive ? We have never receive grant before .

Go with stack 32, furthest from function room, children pool and playgrd, nearest to side gate.
Stack 48 is in front of the new bus stop. Super noisy. West sun.

The sports hub will be build with the intention of integration with the surrounding greenery. The sports hub will have healthcare services and a hawker centre.
