Becoz of stop work order issue which delayed their progress..
And the contractor (qingdao construction) for visionaire was the same for bellewoods too. So need to work concurrently at both sites.
For Parc life, contractor for skypark residence (keong hong) just beside was the same. So all the equipment and manpower were already there, maybe that's why.

Parclife is still slow in take-up rate. What's the rush .. Visionaire progress rate is about right for the sales figures. For personal reasons I prefer not to have early TOP, so I'm happy.

There's no development that can guarantee good workmanship everywhere.
It's always the targeted ones (e.g. QJ) that get more biased reporting / popular complaints. It's a psychological bias.

Noticed there is hoarding set-up near the Brownstone and landed housing/at the new road. It said NPark & work completion 1Q2018. Think some park is coming up there.
Yes a new park. As per ura masterplan. A piece of land near thr is going on sale tis coming half of the year too
1 more PC there .. investors can forget about rental demand in future.

Good for v and bs if the Developers can bid high price for this pc of land. Then the pc will need to be sold at higher price...
