Hi, what is the cancellation charge or % in term of EC price if i cancel my unit which i booked in 2016.i already paid 40% property price.

You can check with your bank hotline as different bank, different rules eg. Penalty charges. Sad to say im in process withdrawing due to my children & family matters. Currently appealing to bank minimise charges if unsatisfactory will go MP for help.
Visionaire is one of best project due to accessibility of public transport, mall & sportshubs & the geographical demarcation between hdb & private cluster etc but too bad im not fated.
To whoever future buyer who bought my unit, you are lucky!

overseas property how to approve. u need to dispose it first, unless u inherited it (maybe still got chance), else dun waste time waiting for the disappointment.
