We were initially advised by HDB that they’ll take the average salary for three months but HDB later said they’ll have to use my other half’s full income (he just started full time employment then), so we bust the cap.

it's always total household income and cannot exceed 14k by much

I know but they said three month average. My SO wasn’t working for two of the three months. So it was a surprise to us.

Ic. Is your reason for appeal strong ? By the way, when you first appeal at 1 year to mop, developer take in your case too ? I remember developer reject my case when i still have 6months to mop...

First one rejected by developer i think. Cant really recall as some time ago.

I think my reasons were realistic and fair.
