for ECs dun tink so. but some mixed pte developments like The Centris (Jurong Point), u will actually get rebates off ur monthly maintenance fee if u give up ur parking lot.

The only way for them to control is to give each unit one parking label. Make more friends with those who don't drive then. Or the other way round.

Normally, your car will need to register with the Guardhouse and you will get a transponder. With transponder, the condo gantry will automatic lift up when your car enter the condo. If you have 2 cars, that mean you can only register one car to get a transponder. The 2nd car will have to go through the guard everyday and get recorded. The 2nd car also cannot park overnight and will be clamped unless you have good reason... You can try to work something with those having no car but with a car park lot. But it is still subject to the agreement of the Management Council...

Bottom line is that the 2nd car cannot park for free as it will be unfair to the rest of the resident. Even in Hdb parking, u still need to buy a 2nd seasonal parking for your 2nd car..and subject to availability too

I wonder if the management will know if you 'buy' a lot/transponder from a neighbour.

No effect staying above generator as it serves as a backup only. Hardly even use it.

Not too sure also, could be due to near substation, unsure of generator purpose, view blocked by stack9, nearer to brownstone compared to stack21 which sold many c5 units. Price of other c5 is cheaper etc.
