Good afternoon bro Henabi,
I'm newbie here and wish to know more about watch up keeping. I have also heard my SA saying not to adjust watch timing between 9pm to 3am. This question comes to my mind - if I picked up my watch in the morning and realized that it has ran out of winding and stopped at 11:30pm last night, will I be risking damage if I adjust the timing then? It seems really impractical to winding up the watch and wait for it to run out of the 9pm-3am zone before adjusting to the correct timing of the day. Therefore I would like to know what are the safest steps to follow when our watches suay suay stopped at the 9pm-3am region and we need to adjust it to the correct timing of the day. Thanks in advance.

Actually, it should be try not to adjust the DATE between 9pm to 3am.

Gnomon watch website has a video illustrating this. If there is a need to adjust the date during this period, first adjust the time to 6am, next adjust the date, then adjust the time again.

More like not to adjust the "DATE" and not the time.

Adjust the time to after 3 before adjusting the quick set date.

Let me try to make it correct, actually it is not cannot to adjust the timing between 9pm-3am, that is cannot adjust the date (for only the watch without quick change button), why the SA will recommend us do not adjust the timing between that time zone just they scare we wrong adjust the date. In the time zone the date gear already start slowly moving, so if we adjust the time to keep forward that will be nothing happen but dun return back, also cannot adjust the date, it is possible to break the date gear.
If your watch stop at the 9-3, I will recommend you to adjust you watch to 6 o'clock then continue to adjust the date. It will be safe

Any problem adjusting time past 12 midnight until the date change over to next day?

I think not, right?

Must keep forward until the date change complete.

I see.

I guess best to avoid setting time around the same hours is best to be safe then. Not like you would need your watch from 9 pm - 3 am at home. :s22:

Thanks!

Live and let live, let go, bro gaoxing,
Seannie had his fair share of trolling from others in the past. And you trolled him too much until 物极必反, it's the natural cause and effect, that's how karma works. Weekend coming so chill out and wish you have a great weekend ahead.

Wah bro you pop out from nowhere but thanks Hahaha.
Have a great weekend ahead too!
