It's Casio Oceanus OCW-S100.. Slow mo kept posting it and I kept thinking about it, so just hoot. About 500 USD before cc rebates.

Radio.. Not easy to sync in SG but I tested receiver with JJY simulator and it synced ok.

Nope but can set the time zone and the watch will update after. If you have auto sync on and it can receive signal it will update according to zone as well.
