Looks like gx gor gor going to hit 40 soon in couple of years. Enjoy your health as much as u can now. Body age v fast once nearing 40. Must pump more gym and exercise eat right good lifestyle habits.

The Gold (GMT) hand and the hour hand moves independently.
GMT hand is 24 hours (1 round per day). Hour hand is 12 hours.
I usually set the GMT hand to Home time and the Hour hand to local time.
You can set the hour hand without setting the minute hand.
The hour hand also advances/reverses the date.
You will need to adjust the minute hand to adjust the GMT hand.

Sounds confusing? I'm not good at explaining ...

Just realised GMT not so simple. Sounds rather confusing for simple minded peeple like me. Think i just save for simpler grail like rolex datejust might be better for me.

no lah ... GMT very simple once you get one and try. good for pple that always travel overseas for work.
