Oh. Then mine is the V1. The bracelet is good. Clasp is the same as my Rolex GMT, can adjust.

I read that the V2's bracelet is similar to Rolex Submariner. But lug holes are nearer to the case. Therefore, it is difficult use NATO straps. No such issue with the V1.

If Aries gold ever get listed or get acquired by a luxury brand group... this might be worth alot

Many luxury watch brands we see today... had humble beginnings many yrs ago

iirc Only top-end watches will use real sapphire crystals, due to the high cost.

nowadays, most are using Synthetic sapphire crystal glass for watches.

And as more and more companies have access to the technology and equipment to produce sapphire crystal glass, it's relatively easy to find sapphire glass on some low-end watches like Seiko, Citizen. Therefore, having sapphire glass isn't something to boast about today.

And if you look at the watch quantity Aries Gold is producing, they definitely has the economies of scale to purchase in bulk or even have the capabilities to produce Synthetic sapphire crystal glass in-house

But If you own a high end watch like Patek, AP (Not vintage), you would expect Sapphire glass to be standard.

All real synthetic sapphire. So called real natural sapphire is precious stone leh. Like sapphire Ruby emerald

cuz mako in general are quite easily purchased.

Nope. I think I'm leaning towards seiko 5 or sarb as my starter. Not all shops carry orient eh (except win) Quite hard to find.

maybe can go bigtime to take a look at orient ? purchase can be other place.

normally I will ask if I pay cash got discount ?? (with totally no intention to pay cash) .. cos I also felt like very paiseh to ask for good discount so normally I'll use the "cash" as a shield
