Where is the $630 visodate?

There "could be" defects or movement problems is no excuse for me not to give Jomashop a chance.

Local shops "could" also have defects or movement problems too.

Online dealer =/= unreliable

And I do not intend to sell my Visodate.
All watches at lucky plaza. Gonna try my luck tmr. Haha. If they can do anything less than 660 is a go for me. But of course cheaper better. Hoping for 630

I just saw visodate $870 before 15% at watches of Switzerland

The powermatic 80 didn't look as good in person.(maybe because I saw the bracelet version instead of leather strap) The visodate did look nicer.
15% is like the standard discount. I think for discount can go higher.

if there are defects on the watch, how good is jomashop's wty? As compared to a local one? Do you have to send the watch back? How much risk and charges would this incur?

Warranty: All products sold on Jomashop.com are guaranteed authentic. Since Jomashop.com does not sell its products through the manufacturer's pricing guidelines; we do not provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product. Some original packaging may be modified to replace the original warranty as Jomashop.com is not an authorized dealer. The manufacturer’s warranty is replaced with a Jomashop.com warranty. In addition some of our watches will have a security strip which can be removed by the customer upon acceptance of the sale of the watch.

Jomashop.com - About Us

The value of a grey watch is less than an AD watch, authenticity aside

Yes I have to send it back.

It's covered for 2 years as I said earlier. I did my research for jomashop, they are reliable and trustworthy. The only reason why they do not get a full 100% rating is because they have a tendency to put up watches they do not have in stock yet, thus earning the irk of some customers. 99.1% rating from 55,000+ transactions is proof enough of their quality.

And again I don't give a hoot whether it's grey or not. I am not going to sell it off.

please kindly let me know where can hoot the cheapest visodate. Thanks! :s12:

As I said earlier loh.

$600 bucks off Ebay, including delivery. $554 if you can somehow bypass GST.

Guys, I am not into watch so like to find out on these brands like U-Boat, Panerai, Mont Blanc etc as these watches are quite expensive, what are the main difference among them?

Any recommendation for someone like me?

Anyone has any answers to my questions above?

See if u like it.

I was holding both the powermatic and the visodate today and it felt really light compared to my seiko samurai and my ball engineering diver.

Anyone knows where I can find a nice dress watch >42mm and budget around $1k or less?

A multitude of factors may contribute. Think brand standing, demand, design, material / innovation, perceived values are just among some of them.

I have been wearing Seiko previously and it is still serving me well so do you think Seiko is good? =:p
