as for panerai, i used to be a critic of it. but this thread and the rolex facebook page is sibei poisonous many ppl post their panarei on their wrists which looks almost picture perfect to me. and since dun noe when panerai is starting to creep into my heart

I agree with pwillie. Every spoilt brats and bengs want a TH to show off in uni or when they first step into the society. They think wearing a tag at their age is very satki. Quote Chris, the "Jit Ba Ban" feel.

Hahaha......last time I twenty something yr O bought a Tag Kirium, I also feel very satki.

Now over 40, I'm wearing a G-Shock, also feel very satki!
Got a Datejust but mostly sits in drawer cos my job not suitable for wearing dress watches, knock here n there. IMO, just be comfortable with what you wear. Don't let others decide your way of life.

No hate... All love.... I feel this is just differing opinions lah...
Everyone has their own preference... Just that some may be more vocal about them, which makes this place more interesting.

i rather have confidence.

P.S - much better than wearing a rolex and assuming that pple will think its real, when most will think its a fake.

a rolex only goes to show how showy an individual is, with something to prove to others.

tag has almost 1 million fans on facebook. can rolex or omega beat that?
besides, its the de-facto young yuppie sports and active luxury watch, it doesnt have the ah pek image or whatsoever.

can any other brand in the world lay claim to this?

besides, those who claim that tag is a fashion watch forgets that rolex hires ambassadors too. and that omega and tag uses the same movement.
and that tag heuer has been making watches longer than rolex.
