I second that emotion. Noone here has a monopoly on what's hot and what's not. Have some individuality and self-confidence, instead of blindly following any self-proclaimed gurus like braindead sheep.

gam siah! :s12:

Might have to go for this and only revisit the possibility of IWC later.

Love the IWC Portofino.. but the auto is only 39mm, dun have transparent case back (although the B&M one only have a small hole only..haha) and if i am not wrong dun have the deployment clasp?

Also considered slightly upping budget for the bigger portofino chrono with the same problems on the case back and clasp. But the biggest problem for me on the porto chrono is that the second hand doesn't move. Like u pay so much... at least must see the sweeping motion of the second hand right and not just when you use the stopwatch function right? hahaha..:s13:

The diameter may be sub 40mm, but the thin bezel will accentuate its size. Bigger dial size generates greater wrist presence = appears to be bigger.

If you enjoy the sweeping motion of a watch, give Grand Seikos a look.

That's true. Thanks dmitri! I have two seikos already.

So even though the Grand Seikos are really nice, I am looking at other brands... :s12:
