Sometimes we judge too soon. He could be a troll, perhaps some very rich but sick in the head fellow who is just overflowing with sarcasm, laughing at us (i do know some people who are like that and coincidentally or not, they're all bankers). Or he could be someone who urgently needs help but does not know how to seek it.

I'd prefer to give the benefit of doubt and offer a kind word. If he were the former, he'd be laughing at my naiviety - that doesnt hurt me. But if he were the latter I could have saved a life and an entire family.

Weigh the options and I'm sure we'd all do the same thing.

A lot of my friends ask me the same question. I have no idea. Didn't ask him and don't intend to also.

Just enjoy it and the rest doesn't matter. To me ,knowing the price somehow will 'spoil' the whole experience of being engaged/proposal.

Actually Explorer 1 very suitable for ladies in the sports rolex category. Can go for the 36mm older version for ladies with smaller wrist.

Me for one enjoy watches more than bags. My proposal ring is only .42 carat and I still love it.

I guess it depends on individual? Maybe I'm not wired like most women. I don't really enjoy shopping and only head down to shop when I really need something. I dont do pedi/manicures because I think it's a total waste of time and money (study shows that when guys look at a woman, nails constitute only 2% of the whole body)

no, im definitely not a banker. Just a loser. Yatto, pls dont forget this society is very divided. I overheard a conversation this morning from 2 aunties discussing about today's young people in cantonese. They are saying that young people nowadays do not know how to save money, likes to spend money on food go restaurants buy branded goods etc. I think they are referring to their own children or their relatives' children, who has "made it" in life. They are saying people nowadays "have the need" to spend that much money. Sounds to me like it is a necessity rather than a need. Seems like nowadays when u eat outside, we can only go to restaurants and spend at least 40dol according to that 2 aunties. I got to admit that cos my galfriend is one of those.

Same as bro Triste's ROO, tried the different versions in boutique and ADs. Rose gold doesn't match my complexion and is actually pretty heavy, seems to be heavier then the steel, steel is just so plain but I like the weight actually, ceramic is the latest (with white coming soon, did not see the white yet), weight is better then the carbon but is too monotone in colour. So my choice, forged carbon... just that its wears a bit light and feels like a casio g-shock in weight. But the overall feel, carbon uniqueness of black/white makes this sing to me.
