any lobang to hoot good leather strap?
lol, why so butt hurt?
hey look, i know mercedes benz sl63 amg uses an iwc clock in its dashboard, but iwc is really a wannabe brand that overcharges for casing eta movements.
and jaeger lecoultre's master ultra thin perpetual is superior to iwc's portuguese perpetual calender (be it the regular version or their limited little prince edition) from an aesthetic, design and manufacture pov as a few of gentlemen here agrees.
look pal, there're plenty of venerable, once proud, independent brands that are reduced to casing eta movements like longines, rado, tissot, etc.
nothing against eta movements. they're good & reliable.
but when you start charging a huge premium for casing eta movements while trying to fool the less discerning into thinking that you're a higher tier luxury watch brand than you really are, then it's only right to call you out for being less than honest.
that's where jaeger lecoultre, piaget, heck even rolex have pride of place as true watchmakers who design and manufacture their own watch movements.

the tank/santos doesn't quite tickle my fancy, but whatever rocks your boat
I've got a zenith port royal, and that itself is a contentious design![]()
Lol. Your response and statement are sweeping as always. The few gentleman here don't represent anything at all. Well, we can always agree to disagree. Cheers to watch lovers.

Anyone know where can i find replacement band for this watch

If u looking for original bracelet replacement, your best bet is to contact the local distributor or authorised agents for your watch brand

It's just me, but cartier sticks to me as a ladies and jewellery brand, notwithstanding they do have rich watch heritage and for that i'll pass.
Metal bracelets tend to be unique to watch design/brands and not easily replaceable using generic bands, unlike leather straps.Cause i have problem finding them too hence if can find the band for this i'm happy
Come back, Chris Koh! At least you were funny.

Thanks for the informative post. Still stand by my view at the moment though..WRISTwatches WERE considered FEMININE at the turn of the 20th century. POCKET watches were for the GENTLEMEN.
but war years in the early 20th century and aviation needs changed all that to free hands from handling a pocket watch to read the time.
you need to get re-aquainted on their iconic santos and tank watches, matey, which established the square/rectangular watch case/dial along with jlc's reverso.
and their iconic LOVE bracelet.![]()
classic style never dies and will always endure.
Yiu want to bring your watch to a watch repair ship and ask.
Some bands can't be changed.
While some maybe need to do a bit of filing or cutting
Like the wrist band for my kenneth cole n 25 hrs auto watches very difficult to change
Luxury watch is very much marketing other than product.A tbranding, imaging perception industry. JLC understands its strengths lies with consumers being proud to own a JLC because they only use in-house movements for all their watches and they will not break the bank on themselves so to speak. Notice they don't exactly trumpet that, but ask people into watches about "why JLC?", u will inevitably be given the in-house reply.
Iwc decided they want to cast a wide net. They have their own movements and innovations, their signature pieces in big pilot, portuguese, ingeniuer. But they also want a piece of lower end, "fashion pieces" market. That's where they incur the wrath of the segment of market like teentitan.
Does iwc know or care? I should think they did their sums of the segments they will gain and those they will lose. Time will tell if the approach pays off.

To give an example to illustrate my perspective, I think that the rolex day date is a great watch from a great watch company but not something I think I will get because of the towkay image I perceive it portrays, at least locally.
End of the day, luxury watches are an extension of one's perceived values and aesthetics preferences. No right or wrong.
