Hamiliton thin o matic's dial is almost identical to daniel wellington's design, at almost a fraction of the price.

Aesthetics aside, Hamilton > Daniel Wellington for watch movement. Auto vs quartz.

With a puny wrist of about 5.8inch, omega speed pro 42mm sits slightly large IMO, and not really suitable for a dress watch for everyday office wear. Preown price around 2.8k.

I had a chance to try the omega speedmaster 3510.10 (reduced version) and it seems to rest better on my wrist. Dial is smaller, I think 39mm. Preown price around 2k. Purist would stick to the speedy pro and moonwatch version though, according to what I gather from WUS.

I was thinking of getting like a rubber strap like the z22 or z20 in the link>> Watchwagon: Accessories but i saw some people actually cut the z22 to fit into the sumo.. Wonder if it's easy..

After roaming for a while here, and taking a look at some of the shops out there, finally paid for my first watch purchase!

Not as atas as the patek and rolex some of the pros have here, but dada! my first automatic watch!

Don't care what people say la. The original moon watch is 42mm and wears large. The reduced is a good size for smaller wrists, plenty of used ones for less than 2k. If you like it then buy lor

And yes they are freaking brand whores.

When I bought my full RG daytona, my SA was expecting to wear it on there and then. He was surprised when I said no.
