I see you guys change strap like very easily done, I understand there's this spring dunno what tool for changing straps, it's a 1 size fits all or there are different sizes for different watches? Any good one to recommend?? If overseas, best comes with free shipping..

It's called a spring bar tool. If I'm not wrong one size fits all and prices also ranges. Not sure about which is the best though

if you have carousell (android/ios app), look for this guy called elefie. i got my spring bar tool from him at around $5 excluding mailing costs. it comes with a few spring bars. be sure to measure the lug width

A generic $15-20 apring bar tool is all it takes for most watches.

There are different sized forks although smaller sized forks can be used on larger spring bars but not the other way round.

I bought the cheap spring bar tool and it works fine, but after using a quality tool such a Bergeon, you appreciate why they are more expensive. I feel it's worth the price difference if you use it often.

I have 2 tools depending on which watch/strap I'm handling. I could do with one (the normal one) but the dual fork tool allows me to avoid scratches on certain watches that have very small spring bar openings.

Just a baking cakes lor, it's juz flour, eggs, sugar and an oven. But different skill level will give different results.

When I first started changing straps, you can give me the best tool in the world also no use. I think it took me 1 whole hour to take out ONE spring bar the first time I tried!

Now, it takes 2 secs. You develop a "feel" for it.

But one thing I have to say, Mr Goh may be fast and familiar, but he still put a sizeable scratch on the lug of my SNZH when he took out the bracelet. I really don't mind so I never said anything. But I feel if he had used a spring bar tool, it could have been avoided.

Another thing is, NATO's do not need tools if the space between the spring bar and watch is big enough to squeeze the strap through, but if the space is really tight, you will wear out the NATO strap very quickly if you drag it through rubbing against the watch case. It's especially true if the watch case edge is sharp.

Leather NATO's in such cases will definitely need a spring bar tool to install if you don't want to destroy it. I made this mistake the first time and ruined a custom leather NATO.

Can SIC a burgeon tool model that can size most common bracelets or straps?

Last time change or do resizing at shops cost $3 then $5 and now most recently kena $8
