Simply have one custom made for you.

Locally you have JNS (Far East), Mr Soh of Woodlands 310 (Orchard Central), ten10 over at SGROC...just to name a few.

Otherwise, there is no shortage of strap makers globally who are usually great at responding to your requests.

Thanks for the heads up...

I saw something on the Visiotime website...gonna give it one more shot tomorrow...

If all else fails, shall go for JNS...their resume looks impressive. Anyone had any experiences with them before? How's their pricing ah?

110/60 or 110/65 should be fine for your wife's wrist. My wife, who has a 5.5" wrist, is currently using a 110/63mm strap.

As what CBS has mentioned, you can get straps made by JnS, Straps66, 20Straps, all of which are Singapore strap makers.

Or you can be adventurous and try ordering from overseas strap makers.

To solve your issue, when ordering straps, if you want perfect fit, tell the strap maker not to punch any holes. Once you have the strap, do a test fit and then punch it.

That's what I have been doing with quite a lot of my straps. I just don't to pay so much for a strap and then find out that I am in between buckling holes.

Cheerio!

Btw, if you wife wants a longer strap tail, you can lengthen the strap to 115mm. The buckling end can leave it at 60-65mm.

Good Morning All!

IMG_20140701_092338.jpg

Some of you might have known that I hooted a Seagull yesterday.
Im too busy to do a full review now, but i think theres a possibility that it will be the next poison watch. Heres a quick breakdown. I paid 168 SGD for the watch and it came with a very beautiful laquered box. Its functions are, day, date, month, 24hr, day and night. Best part, automatic.

I believe some of you here has heard of seagull, but if you really pay attention to fashion watches, most of them are using seagull movement. So why not buy the original!

Cheers and have a good tuesday. (Damn Huat Liao!)

Yup, they are really nice and they do good work and they do have a shop front that you can choose the leather/hides, but prices can be a bit steep for a first strap.

I did a leather strap for my JLC Reverso and it cost me S$280. An exotic hide will set me back about S$350+.

Another local strapmaker is Ant of Straps66. I bought a couple of customised straps (1 for me, 2 for my wife) from him as well as quite a few other stuff like springbars, tubes & leather conditioner. He does stamping if you want to add words to your strap too.

Only problem if you need a strap now is that you may have to wait a while as he just got married and is on his honeymoon trip! :) He's only taking orders from 6/7 onwards.
