At times when the minute hand covers the "date aperture", you will still be able to tell today's date with the expanded view.

Hi guys, I've been lurking for quite awhile reading the past post. Great community and I think is time I introduce myself. Hope to meet some of you guys here in RL.

For your ref. my wrist is 6.25".

I really hope that I could share my recent acquisition with you guys but apparently as I'm new member I can't post any links or images. Can anyone help with this?

Hey everyone, I recently got into the world of buying a "proper" watch and it all started off with this beautiful seiko 5 SNZG15

I also own some great value for money pieces like the SKX007 / Citizen Nighthawk but I want to go up the next tier like the Christopher ward C60 600 38mm Trident pro.

anybody got other recommendation of alternatives in this price range (700 EUR / 900 SGD)?? :)

900 SGD? It depends on what kind of style u like? If u wanna gun for a diver like the C60. Why not go for a Seiko Shogun or Seiko Sumo? Original designs, feel the C60 is trying too hard to be a Seamaster with weird hands...

If you want Swiss, Hamilton Scuba, Certina action diver may be within or close to your budget if u buy online.

was looking for a small diver (38mm) that will be a step up from my SKX007, i looked into both the sumo and shogun but feel they are too big for my skinny wrists.

Omega Seamaster has small divers (38mm) that look stunning but at a very costly price. That's why i felt CW tridents are a great value for money considering the features and build quality under 1K

thanks for the suggestions though! :D
