Hi everyone, i am a lurker in this thread and its great reading and viewing pics of nice watches.

However, i have a humble automatic watch, my only one, a Seiko5 SNZF17 which is using the 7S36 movement.

2 days ago, i set the watch and since I can't stop the second hand, it was set to be ard 30 sec slower than the time on my phone.

Today, i compared again and the watch is slower by almost 2 min.
I don't think the accuracy should be that bad, or am i wrong?

Oh, my job is deskbound but i do move my hands around quite a bit.

Any recommendations for watch servicing for Omega?

I've a probably more than 10 years old Omega Constellation which should be an ETA movement. Recently the automatic winding is not working. What I mean is even after wearing for the whole day at work, it stopped in the middle of the night.
