The Royal Oak is low 20k and slightly under 20k after AD discount. Only the offshore list price is 30k+ abit. After AD discount is mid 20k but that is only for the 42mm round pushers, the offshore newer 42mm with the clear case back is approx. 28k after AD discount.

I may have something else coming Haha not submariner. Haha. That gotta wait. Haven't got feel to drop almost 10k yet haha. Got other commitments.

The IWC is also nice, but for a dress watch I find it too thick and dial too big for my taste. The AP above is already 41 mm. Personally for dress, i would prefer 35-39mm.
