my order also like that, shows shipped but the details show shipping
i guess shipped means they already dispatch the items
shipping means your item is on the way to you, so probably what they mean shipped does not mean its already in our hands

During the first sale, although they issue the UPS tracking number, they are not active until following day because after getting all the packages ready, they will truck the lots overnight from Shenzhen to Hong Kong. At this stage, it is still not in UPS hands as yet. Once the UPS in Hong Kong receives your packages, the tracking will begin.

Try clicking order details on the right side of your order. Sorry mine is delivery ID no.

Agree, normally when my amazon order also the same, tracking number issued by seller but ups will only update when they received the goods from the seller.

Also, does MIUI OS let users record voice conversations?

If the first sale can be used as a reference point, you will get the UPS tracking number by this evening when the phones get trucked out from Shenzhen to Hong Kong.

Hi bros, is it possible to switch off one sim in the phone? As in like don't want receive calls for that number during a certain time.

Settings > Sim management > Choose the desired SIM 1/2 that u wish to un-activate > Enable: on/off

root will not affect anything but give you "super user" access unless your rooting was done incorrectly.

yes, you can record your phone calls. but it cannot be use as a court evidence if the other party was not aware lol...

My Redmi stuck on boot up screen whereby the Xiaomi Logo turn to red/orange and simply would not boot up.

I took out battery for half a day, let it boot up at that point and still stuck there...it just would not boot up.

I send it to the service centre at Central and it's just like a shop with half of the store unit.
But the good thing is that they said it was motherboard problem and changed it ard 3hrs like that. Collected the same day.

Symptoms before the issue was like the phone hangs or seems lagging several times.
It's like it got task to do and would respond after a while. Then came the logo boot up and stuck there.

Heads up to anyone who may have issues with their hp.......and their service centre, dunno if they are individual shop owners but got banner about OPPO?! They stuff they sell are just other brand hp accessories.

Despite all that, still think it is an awesome phone as I'm just a basic user.
No video or games, just at most use google map for road directions, you tube and Facebook.

Mine was the 1st batch and bought another one yesterday for my partner as she did not wanna recontract that reduces her mobile data of 12gb.

Actually why are they more keen to pump up the processor than the ram? Processor cheaper than ram?

Redmi was launched in SG almost 7 months after the China HK launch last year....so I guess redmi is here to stay for a while. Others using redmi 1s while we're still laggards hehe
