Woah my Redmi has big problems, it CANT receive SMS OTP!
i try to purchase something online via card and require OTP, but the sms app crashes everytime the sms is received.

is this problems happen to others?

Delete all previous otp, only allows one, so I heard.

UPS a bit screwed up.

Was out for lunch. was expecting them to call prior to delivery. didn't receive call. camer home at 2pm. found the delivery note dated 140pm.

called up UPS to find out they had the WRONG MOBILE number in the database, not typo but an entirely different wrong number. no wonder I didn't get any calls.

It is UPS problem. stuck there since Mon. I am playing with mine now hehe

They got my number wrong as well. A totally different number as well. Looks like this is a common issue. Not sure if it a UPS mistake or if XiaoMi informed them the wrong number.

Whatever the reason, they need to fix it.

Receive mine. Go for a test run. Everything seem fine. whatapp,sms notification,wifi,3G,bluetooth ,phone call - All ok. OTP also Ok. Really impress with this phone, the screen and camera is impressive consider what i am paying.Almost can ignore those 3rd party app ...everything is in phone.

Online chat with UPS, they advised me to inform sender to initiate investigation.

I must had lost my mind waiting for it for one whole day

They got my phone no right but din call before delivery. Luckily I got someone waiting at home to receive it.

Think UPS can't handle the volume. According to its tracking, the phones arrived SG on Mon.

Yes, you have to root your phone, so that you can move the apps from phone to sd card.

Seems xiaomi is checking with ups on late deliveries and may be offering free case to those affected. Please verify with xiaomi on this.

HI Mi fans,

Any one has this problem that the date format cannot be changed for the clock display? - it is always showing as mm/dd/yyyy for me no matter which format I select. Change theme also same.
