I reply to myself since i managed to obtain that.

Download the hello singapore theme file .mtz

Extract with 7zip or similar

you find a wallpaper subfolder with both wallpaper and lock screen wallpaper

put it up onto your phone (i used dropbox actually)

click on menu on the screen > Wallpaper ...Custom..

PS: the MTP or PTP file managing through USB is annoying ttfm. I want USB storage back.

i tot u can simply select wallpaper from any theme...options/wallpaper

thinking of getting it for my dad.
i have a broadband mobile card for internet surfing, and a gsm card with 100mb for whatsapp.
will the phone be able to recognise which simcard data to use?

Only one sim slot will have 3G. Anyway, can configure which slot for data

I buy already, but the stuff haven't arrive. I see ppl post review, I keep asking him and verfiy the specs, end up i cancel my order.

he refunded to me, so I cant write review. But i spam all his customer's review. This seller really cheesepie, i order on 15 march for my mom as a gift, promise 24 march arrive till now haven't. Heng i got refunded . ccb

Blessing in disguise. If he delivered it earlier, you will get more headache in getting your refund.

Probably waste more time and effort to bargain for a refund at their shop as compared to easy refund now haha.

this is what i do, but there is no MBS wallpaper from the hello xinjiapo theme i have downloaded into themes...

not in local and if i look for singapore it cannot find anything
