But everyone want to try and buy until so difficult from XiaomI Website still cannot get.

I don't have this issue, sounds like a problem...
consider going to the service centre to show them this issue..

This is what i do for my SD card:
Setting > Storage > Scroll down until SD CARD section > Erase/Format SD Card.

Pardon for a noob question and i tried to search on google too. How do we switch to silent mode in MIUI besides going to settings-sounds? Is there a shortcut like the iphone just by switching the icon down. Pardon me as i am a iphone user prev.

2 options:

Drop-down toggles or press volume down until go to vibration or silent

click "system updates" =>MIUI...13.0 (Stable build) => Change lists...
