Method i tried to justify there is not a problem with redmi on board wifi:
i use my old iPhone 4 as a hotspot, redmi connected to it and it load images,video much faster than my starhub wifi.

im not a wifi pro, anyone can guide me along with it? best is anyone has the same D-Link DVG-N5402SP and on starhub fiber. anyone with redmi can paste me a screen shot of ur wifi setting of the router?? really appreciate it

I have the same issue as you, 3G is faster than my starhub fiber wifi. I think it's the router issue because I don't have issue when connecting to my iphone 5s hotpot.

Yep same problem, with asus nt 66 and Linksys wrt320n, it seems like the connection is intermittent, 3g is fine. I think the wifi chipset is not very good

anyone knows how to disable the redmi volume button, keep accidentally press till silent. many thanks!

Any lobangs for batteries for redmi? Looks like need get extra. Battery life not so good leh.

Is there any way to apply themes which are downloaded from a 3rd party and not thru the MIUI theme store?

also wondering on date format..

Plus -Anyone can help?
Set 'Vibrate on touch'setting but phone seem to revert back on it's own to no vibrate! Wonder why.. any idea?
